The purpose of the Audit Committee is to ensure that the Association's financial statements are complete and accurate or in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

The Audit Committee ensures that this activity is performed annually with assistance from the Association Treasurer.  The fiscal year for the Penn Lake Association extends from July 1 through June 30 and is the basis upon which the Audit Committee operates.
